The Harness use and inspection course instructs a user to select, inspect and use a harness and associated equipment safely when using a Mobile Elevated Working Platform (MEWP).

Upon successful completion of this course, the candidate will receive an IPAF certificate and the new Smart PAL Card. These are valid for five years.
