NEW JOB ROLE : Training Sales Administrator

Job Brief

We’re looking for a Training Administrator to cover general office duties and to service existing clients and engage potential prospects. Working as part of a small team you will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer using our CMS for which training will be provided.   This will include course administration, collating and sending booking forms and training confirmation.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Co-ordinate course bookings and instructors
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

  • Work experience as an administrator
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and outlook
  • Familiarity with CRM packages along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prioritising, time management and organizational skills

Education:
GCSE English Minimum Grade C (Grade 4 New System)
GCSE Maths Minimum Grade C (Grade 4 New System)
Computer Literature – GCSE Preferable

Salary:
Commensurate with current role and abilities.

We are located close to Temple Meads Station in Bristol.

New Pricing Structure – Effective 9th April 2018

HL Training Services are pleased to be celebrating 30 years in the industry this year, and always strive to offer the best quality service possible. In doing so, we have invested heavily in the business over the past 12 months. With this in mind, with effect from 9th April 2018, we shall have to increase the prices on all of our products and services.

Having purchased a new DAF Lorry with Lorry Mounted Crane and Remote Control, invested heavily in new software to improve our efficiency throughout, in addition to growing rates and other expenses, we now feel the time is right to increase our prices.

As you know well, we have never compromised the quality of our services even in the hardest of times. We endeavour to keep going with the agenda of excellent quality and for that an increase in price is an apparent necessity.
